Ruts don’t dig themselves. Most of the time, we’re in a rut because that’s precisely where we put ourselves. Actions become habits, and habits get repeated because they feel safe. The easiest way to make things more interesting is to simply stop repeating your habitual behavior. And that often comes from reacting to triggers. Remove the triggers and you can alter the habits. Tiny changes. Different ways to keep score. Tomorrow comes daily. But we don’t have to take the same route to get there.
There are many layers under and above your skin, that is living by you day after day. Taking time of its own becoming and slowly settling into a tendency. We become our tendencies. Repetition of gestures becomes life long habits. As simple as acquiring the taste of sugar. But as soon as it becomes a norm for the body; the mind should be taught a lesson. Every becoming habit should be tested in its phase of tendency. To be done away with from time to time can make you decide better for your good. We started working on The Capital yesterday. The meeting went on for over eight hours. We were able to streamline our thoughts and came out with opening images. Its going to be an interesting journey for next two years to come
